Submit an Event

How to submit your event for inclusion in the HBWAG Community Events Calendar

Cleaning up 4 mile beachContact us and provide the following information:    

  1. Name, phone, email and mailing contact information of the person submitting the item.

  2. Name of the event, date, time, and location.

  3. Details of the event, including cost, if any.

  4. Contact person, to be listed in the event notice, including phone and email information.

Events may be submitted for the upcoming month as well as for events further in the future (which will be posted as space permits). Please submit calendar items prior to the middle of the month preceding the month of the event.

The HBWAG Community Calendar will publish events that relate to the HBWAG and other activities which educate community members and help all to understand and protect the ecology of the Hilo Bay Watershed and other areas of the Big Island.
