The goal of the fair is to create a conduit that promotes and supports symbiotic relationships among the economy, society and environment to foster a sustainable Hawaii. The fair is open to everyone and will represent a cross section of both private and public organizations that include governmental agencies, non-profit groups, merchants and farmers. In addition, there will be an array of local food and live music to encourage a festive atmosphere.
